The right access for the right person
In an organisation with thousands of images, it is not enough for everyone to log in and see everything. You need to control exactly who may view, upload and administer – without it taking long to set up. With roles you define the permissions once and assign them to users or groups.
The media bank has four base roles. A read user can view and download but not edit. An uploader can only upload, which suits external photographers. An image editor manages the content fully, and an administrator also controls users, archives and settings.
