Use our advanced search functions for more precise results or to find duplicates and make other special searches.

Searching and combining words

You can combine multiple search terms to narrow down your search. Remove files from results with a minus sign and find all that start with the search term using an asterisk. Examples:

Search term	Result
staff portrait	shows only files with both staff and portrait
staff -group	removes group from the result
school*	to find school, schoolbook etc

Advanced searches

Under the search field there is a menu for advanced search. Here you have a number of options to make more precise searches, but also special searches to find all:

• Advanced search: exclude words, exact content or search term starts with
• Files missing tags
• Press images
• With consents attached
• Duplicates
• Landscape, portrait or square images
• Files with expiration date
