Vy Bildbank automatically reads metadata from files so titles, tags etc. are in place immediately and are searchable.
Fields used
The following are the main metadata fields we use.

Workflow Photoshop
- The tool for managing metadata in Photoshop is in the menu under "File" -> "File info"
- Basic information is entered in the first tab "Description"
- The file's title is entered in the "Document title" field. (2-4 words)
- Under "Author", photographer information can be entered
- In description, enter a description of the file. (140-200 characters)
- Keywords (tags) should preferably be entered according to the predefined tags your organization has chosen
- Copyright status should preferably be specified
- Remaining information is entered under the second tab "IPTC"
- Contact information, creator is taken from previously filled in Author. Otherwise, the media bank's address should be specified here. Email and web address should also be specified.
- The last step is to enter State (state/province), City and Location (sublocation). Entered under the "IPTC Image" section
