Tag Images

Tags are used to quickly make files searchable and easier to find. In the media bank, you can easily tag one or more files at the same time.

Working with tags

Tagging can be done either directly when uploading or at a later time. Tagging can be done by selecting one or more thumbnails and then clicking Tag or Edit in the toolbar.

Predefined tags

Your organization has tags that appear as suggestions when you add tags. In some media banks, the option to add your own tags has been disabled, in which case only tags in the list can be selected.

Automatic tag suggestions

There is an option to activate automatic tag suggestions where the content of the file is analyzed with machine learning, and you get a number of tags as suggestions.
