Using Archives

Archives are used to separate permissions for media files. A user can have access to one or more archives.

Control who has access to what

Archives are used to split your media bank when different people should have access to different media files. You can have one archive per department in your organization or create an archive with unpublished media files for administrators and an archive with published files that the entire company has access to.

Archives are created under Settings by an administrator user.
