Customize the appearance and functionality of the media bank
Settings
Under settings, both the appearance and function of the media bank can be changed to better suit your needs.
Appearance settings
User settings control how the media bank looks and functions and only apply to one account.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Show titles | Shows titles under thumbnails |
| Show file info | Shows archive, size and detailed information under thumbnails. |
| Thumbnail size | How large the thumbnails should be, how many are shown per row. |
| Thumbnail format | Square thumbnail crops all files to a square while proportional shows the entire file in the file's proportion |
File transfer
Settings for file transfer control how files are handled when uploading and downloading.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Original filename | Use the filename the file had when uploading when downloading |
| Filename as title | If enabled, the title from metadata is never used, the filename is used as title |
| Default archive | Which archive should be default when uploading. For example, a work archive. |
Organization settings
Organization settings apply to all users in the media bank.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Optional tags | Whether users can choose tags other than those the administrator has added under Settings / Tags |
| Tag files when uploading | Whether the tagging box should be shown when files are uploaded. |
| Sidebar navigation | Shows a sidebar for faster navigation. |
| Sorting | In what order files should be sorted when displayed. |
